We all know pancakes are amazing. But when they're GOOD for you, they can't even any taste better. My favourite combination? Buckwheat, blueberry maple sauce, almond butter, bananas, fresh blueberries.
Porridge! It doesn't really get much more comforting on a blisteringly cold winter morning. Endless combinations to suit your mood and, to kick it up a notch, baking it!
One of my favourite things to have for breakfast is the good old Oat...in many forms, particularly Granola. But I haven't been able to find one that I really enjoy, they're always missing something....
