‘Las Fallas’ is an annual festival held in Valencia, traditionally in celebration of Saint Joseph. It’s origins are actually pagan, but now it also holds religious value too, exclusively in the Valencia region.

When traveling it can be incredibly challenging to stick to your usual eating habits, so starting the day with a good breakfast (for me) is probably the most important aspect of trying to stay feeling good, full of energy and like my usual self when I'm in new surroundings. 

Why do we never speak about the way we feel and why do we compress issues so repetitively because we think we’re wrong or lesser than others? Why do we just assume that everyone around us knows better, or rather knows better for us. Surely we know what’s best for ourselves and we each have our intuition to steer us further on in our individual journeys, these stories that we’re writing.
